Experiential Learning - Work Education

Experiential learning also is known as (EXL) is the process of learning through experience, and is more specifically defined as "learning through reflection on doing". Hands-on learning can be a form of experiential learning but does not necessarily involve students reflecting on their product.

Experiential learning is an engaged learning process whereby students “learn by doing” and by reflecting on the experience. Experiential learning activities can include but are not limited to, hands-on laboratory experiments, practicums, field exercises, and studio performances.

In education, the term exhibition refers to projects, presentations, or products through which students “exhibit” what they have learned, usually as a way of demonstrating whether and to what degree they have achieved expected learning standards or learning objectives. An exhibition is typically both a learning experience in itself and a means of evaluating academic progress and achievement.

The primary purpose of many camps is educational, athletic, or cultural development. A summer camp environment may allow children to learn new skills in a safe and nurturing environment. Summer camp experience can have a lasting psychological impact on the development of a child.

Competition inspires kids to do their best – not just good enough. When students compete they will become more inquisitive, research independently, and learn to work with others. They will strive to do more than is required. These abilities prepare children for future situations of all kinds.

Competition "is a family of games of questions and answers on all topics of human knowledge that is commonly played by students enrolled in high school or college, although some participants begin in the middle or even elementary school.

Good schools combine classroom teaching with laboratory experiments to ensure that their students grasp each and every concept thoroughly.  Science lab equipment allows students to interact directly with the data gathered. They get a first-hand learning experience by performing various experiments on their own.

The heart of the School’s aim is the intellectual, cultural, and social development of all pupils in a context of mutual esteem and sensible order. Our students learn from experienced, dedicated and enormously talented faculties, who challenge, inspire, encourage, and nurture the tender minds to reach greater levels of perception.
